    By using Lixen.AI and submitting an application, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

    2. Sales partner program description

    Lixen.AI offers an AI-powered system and sales partner program, including lead capture, scheduling, messaging (email/SMS), and related tools/services used to evaluate, onboard, and support sales partners.

    3. Your responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • provide accurate and complete information
    • use the services only for lawful purposes
    • not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • not use the services to spam, harass, or misuse the platform

    4. SMS + phone call terms

    If you opt in, you agree to receive:

    • SMS messages related to your application/onboarding/opportunities
    • phone calls (including autodialed and/or prerecorded/AI voice calls)

    Message/call frequency varies. Message/data rates may apply.
    Text STOP for SMS; say "Stop" to opt out of calls. Text HELP for help.
    Carriers are not liable for delayed/undelivered messages.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content, software, and materials on Lixen.AI are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

    6. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

    8. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or your breach of these Terms.

    9. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

    10. Governing Law & Venue

    These Terms are governed by California law and disputes will be resolved in courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
